Tracey Brake has a BA in Social Sciences and Conflict Resolution, certificate in Grief Studies and Youthline counseling experience. She has a strong business acumen, developed during 20 years of corporate experience.

Tracey takes an enthusiastic strengths-based approach to her work, designing and delivering coaching and learning solutions in the areas of productivity skills, conflict resolution, team building, team leadership, emotional intelligence, customer service, emotional intelligence and communication skills development. Her sessions are creative, persuasive and empathetic and always peppered with her finely tuned sense of humour. Tracey has recently joined our team and brings such a depth of training background and brand that adds even more value to our team!
