With a unique background that started with graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Richelle has gained 20+ years’ experience working and training in the area of sales and business unit management training in SME’s through to multi-national companies spanning business sectors including veterinary, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, medical devices and technology.

This means she incorporates a breadth of skills and knowledge to bring alive training, developing and coaching individuals and teams to lift performance.
