Christie Viney is an experienced L&D professional who has recently relocated to New Zealand from the UK. For the last 8 years she has worked for the two largest training companies within the UK and specialises in the design of content for classroom and virtual deliveries.

She has extensive experience working across all organizational levels, creating & promoting training solutions designed to support the organization’s business plans.

Christie’s key areas of expertise include Project Management, L&D, HR, coaching, mentoring, team building, communications, customer service, change and performance management.

She gained her PRINCE2 Practitioner Qualification in 2015, since then she has successfully managed the internal rollout of graduate programs for Deloitte, KPMG and Sky, amongst others.
