We always include follow up as part of any training programme as it enables us to keep much greater accountability with the attendees for what they have learned and what they are or are not using. We will run coaching alongside each attendee, listening in on their calls, evaluating their emails too, providing real-time feedback to gain immediate improvements. We will listen out for up selling opportunities to help create a return on investment. They will come away with an action plan of improvements to work on until the next coaching session. We recommend running follow up several times to really embed the training into the staff
