- Examples of significant PRINCE2 project documents using the course scenario
- Sample exam questions provided by the APM Group, the administrators of PRINCE2. Additional sample Foundation questions are provided by Project Laneways
- The PRINCE2 Foundation Exam
Audience
This course has been designed for both experienced Project Managers who wish to learn PRINCE2 and gain the accreditation as well as those who have little experience in project management and wish to learn more about the subject.
Pre-Course Work
Candidates will need to read Project Laneways pre-reading material. This should take approximately 2 hours and includes an extensive overview of PRINCE2 and sample Foundation exam questions. This is emailed to participants as soon as they book a place on a course.
Course Requirements
This course is open to anyone with an interest in project management or PRINCE2
The Foundation Exam
All PRINCE2 exams are provided by the APM Group. The Foundation exam is a one hour, closed book, multiple choice exam. The pass mark is 50%. The exam is taken in the afternoon of the third day.
