    I had a wonderful experience with your training. I am sure I have a better skill to deal with our students and now suppliers. It has become a daily thing for me to think how to use my telephone skill better.

    I work as a credit controller and was becoming very disponendent with my job, I was getting very negative feedback from clients and was taking everyhting personally. Since having just one training session with Jacqui, my whole approach changed and I found my job so much easier -she advised to take the nice approach and gave me some great word tracks to use - now, instead of people being arrogant and agressive about their arrears, they are greatfull for my calls and appreciate the help - the results are clear and the number of clients constantly in arrears is dropping. I beleive i have gained new found confidence from the training with Jacqui - dont be afraid to go outside your comfort zone.

    Jacqui uses her coaching skills everyway she can. Jax and I were playing ten pin bowling last night and mid way through the game Jax was thrashing me. She gave me a tip to focus on the arrows on the lane instead of the pins and whammo! My game turned around and hers all of a sudden turned to custard. That’s how selfless my friend Jacqui is. I highly recommend her as a coach and if you are lucky enough to become her friend, you are on to a real winner!

    Hey GSC peeps =D

    Through the help of your training, I was able to change my attitude in a totally posititve way towards some very negative circumstances in the workplace, giving my personal life the boost it needed!

    After many customer service courses/training sessions throughtout my career, I have never come away feeling like I’ve learned something. From meeting Jacqui (one of the few genuine individuals I’ve met) and being trained by her, I will no longer view such training as pointless.

    This might sound a bit dramatic but I just have to say, GSC has changed my outlook on work and life (for the better, of course)!

I came away from the training confident and ecstatic with the new skills I have learned and the effects putting them into use has are totally amazing. I never thought wording and such simple things could make such a big difference but you have prooved me wrong!

    I think you are an amazing lady and definitley someone to look up to, I am awaiting the book you promised to write and can’t wait for the inspiration it will give me! Don’t forget the first 3 orders ;)

    The GSC is a one stop training centre, they not only cater to every situation but they are awesome at customising training to our unique company processes. I had leadership training with Jacqui (and attended the TL Summit which was awesome!) and can confidently lead my team to success.

    Team Leader summit ( Aug 08)

    A big thank you to Chris and Jaqui - I enjoyed the team leader summit very much…I was blown away how you both organised the summit.

    The 2 days were amazing, its just wonderful to meet other leaders from different type of business….

    I was really inspired by the guest speakers, just listening to them how they motivate their teams…wow…

    I am so grateful for the wonderful opportunity…I’m so lucky

    For those people that are looking for customer excellence / leadership.. my personal recommendation is to stop right here with GSC!!!! ( you will see the results!!)

    Thank you Jacqui for the awesome telemarketing training you’ve given us!!
    Having already completed a Kiwihost telemarketing course & had no results from it I thought that this training would be something similar… NO - we have already had results in less than 12 hours from when the course finished. So… “I can recommend….” that for those people that think telemarketing is just a waste of time… think again & you’ll soon be oozing positivity!!!
