Jacqui Scott – Director & Business Coach
Jacqui has extensive experience in various industries performing and training in a wide range of roles including outbound telemarketing, customer service, Area Management, face to face sales and Regional call centre management.
Jacqui’s experience spans New Zealand, Australia and the UK and she has been training for the past 24 years. All of this experience means you get someone who has done everything she trains so she brings real life examples of what she is teaching- lucky you!

Jacqui has great work experience to draw from during the training sessions, combined with an excellent sense of humour. She has the ability to quickly assess the performance gaps in your staff and develop a training structure to close the gaps, while also analysing workflow and communication processes to ensure peak company performance in more areas than simply the front line staff.

Claire Daly
Claire comes to us as a trainer who has extensive knowledge of retail, telephone, telemarketing, face to face sales as well as sales training. Claire has also held management roles, including short term project management and most recently as a Training Manager.
Her work history has seen her assisting many companies and contact centres around NZ in a variety of industries over the years including small businesses and large corporate companies – Telecom Directories, Telstra Clear Telecommunications, ANZ Bank (contract Training Know & Grow programme) and Shiseido – retail cosmetics, to name a few! How exciting to have Claire on board- you will love her style and humour!
Russell Dixon
Russell has years of sales experience, this coupled with the fact he is an acclaimed actor, entertainer and presenter means he brings yet another dynamo to our training workshops! He is engaging informative and knows what he trains through absolute belief in the psychology from years of using it, and hands on experience of different types of clients and sales. We are proud to have Russell join us!
Pale Sauni
Pale works with us in the capacity of a Contractor who is a specialist in the areas of Financial training and Cultural Awareness training. His workshops are entertaining, extremely educational, creative and humorous. He comes from a background in Social Work, Health and Education as well as MC extraordinaire for many major conferences around NZ. We feel extremely fortunate to have Pale on the team!
Nancy Holland
Nancy is personality plus- not only is she an accomplished actor, she has the ability to hold a group with her entertaining style and humour. She contracts to us specifically for sessions relating to understanding people better- as in her drama background she has gained a great deal of understanding of what makes people tick, body language and personality styles. Nancy brings an incredible energy to her sessions which is combined with the ability to get the message across in a way that people can easily understand.
